All Occasion Minibus Hire invite you to create your own tour. We want you to have a good time.
Our basic tour requires guests to organise bookings at the venues they wish to attend on the day.
Bookings of venues is essential and must be booked in advance.
Advise us of the Tasting and Lunch venues prior to departure.
Allow 1 hour for tastings at each venue.
Allow approximately 0.5 hours to travel from venue to venue.
Lunches, you should allow between 1.5 to 2 hours and the cost is not included in the basic tour.
All Occasion Minibus Hire can arrange bookings at venues for your convenience, at an additional cost.
Any tasting fees charged by the wineries, are not included in the Basic Tour. Tasting fees are generally paid on the day. It is recommended that tasting fees are collected before entering the wineries, or 1 passenger takes on the responsibility to pay the winery by either Visa or Mastercard.
Food is important. A solid breakfast prior to the tour is recommended, then enjoy a meal part way through the tour. Nibbles such as cheese & local produce platters are also highly recommended.
Standards of behaviour must be followed. The booking customer is responsible for the behaviour of the group; hence no alcohol is allowed on the bus during any tour.
Bottled water will be provided.

Pricing starts from $770.00 for a group of between 1-12 people – 9.00am collection to 5.00pm drop off approximately.
All bookings will require a deposit of $200.00 to secure the vehicle.

Structured small group tour
McLaren Vale Wineries
This small private group tour, only you and your friends will participate, incorporating a maximum of 10 passengers to the stunning McLaren Vale Wine Region, is less than a 1-hour drive south of Adelaide.
During your journey, you will experience this spectacular wine area, with its undulating hills and many varying vineyards, to the pristine coastline of the Fleurieu Peninsular beaches. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere, visiting three or four amazing wineries within the McLaren Vale area, each one with a rich history. Knowledgeable & friendly staff are happy to guide you through each wine tasting experience. McLaren Vale is also renowned for its organics and biodynamic production of grapes.
Lunch is provided at a local eatery.
Those with dietary requirements can also be catered for with notice.
